We are Cuban, and we take life sweet and easy.
We move at our own rhythm. Sometimes shipping can take more than a month. Because we truly believe in slow shipping.

International Shipping:

We  do not offer international shipping. But you can contact us and see how we can make it our best to reach you. 

Order Processing Time:

In many cases, we produce exclusively for you.
That means your order may take a little longer than usual.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clandestina.co. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us to initiate the return process. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
